Terms & Conditions

Draft. Have this reviewed by your attorney and checked against Texas and local booting rules before going live.

  1. Each release code works only for the boot number purchased. You must buy the code for the boot attached to your vehicle.
  2. After payment, you must remove the boot and return it in good working condition to a designated JLS Boots drop-off location within hours.
  3. If the boot is not returned on time, or is returned damaged or incomplete, a one-time replacement fee will be charged to the payment method used for the release.
  4. Do not tamper with, break, disable, or damage the boot. JLS Boots may seek recovery for damage to or loss of the boot.
  5. Do not drive or move the vehicle with the boot attached. JLS Boots is not responsible for damage caused by doing so.
  6. Vehicles left booted may be subject to further parking enforcement, including towing and impound at the owner's expense.
  7. Boot release fees are non-refundable once a release code has been issued.
  8. Unpaid fees may be referred to a collection agency.
